Our Parent Company, OLEUM HOLDINGS COMPANY LIMITED is a HONG KONG-based Company,
principally
catering to the business needs of their two Subsidiary Companies in Dubai, which are ARABIAN
FUEL LLC as well as another one named OLEUM TRADING LLC.
By nature, we have a strong orientation towards customer satisfaction. Often we like to develop,
liaise with and operate our businesses with reputable international, private and state-owned
companies whereby OLEUM HOLDINGS COMPANY LIMITED acts as an Operating & Sourcing Partner
in the
joint venture. OLEUM serves as a trustworthy sourcing-point of valuable petroleum &
petrochemical by-products as well as a wide range of Building & Construction Materials. The
Company offers its proven ability to procure all petroleum & its related products & Building
Materials at competitive FOB costs, thereby providing value-added profitability to international
business partners & clients, of course with the tacit support of their said subsidiary companies
as a valuable resource.
The broad services of our Parent Company include interacting with end-Sellers for booking
Purchase Orders through its subsidiaries OLEUM TRADING and ARABIAN FUEL, thereby giving
them
sole responsibility for collecting receivables (Payments from Buyers) in accordance with the
payment terms agreed with the end-Buyers, in relation to the supply of Petroleum & Petrochemical
products as well as Building Materials sourced mainly from the Persian Gulf countries, viz.
United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Iraq, Iran, China etc. The
services of these companies (OLEUM TRADING & ARABIAN FUEL) also comprise of making prompt
payments to the Bank accounts of end-Suppliers based in aforesaid countries or elsewhere, as per
the instructions from the said end-Supplier and in accordance with our executed Agreements.
Both OLEUM TRADING and ARABIAN FUEL are DUBAI-based Companies, principally catering to
the
business needs of their Parent Company in Hong Kong (OLEUM HOLDINGS COMPANY LIMITED).

customers’ needs, provide unique solutions and thereby achieve client’s ultimate satisfaction.
The Management at OLEUM HOLDINGS CO. LTD. are fully committed to the highest standards of

materials & international sales, apart from day to day business operations in Dubai and
overseas.
In addition, the said Companies have a team of professionals for import-export trade and
